DAY TWO!
So I got up this morning feeling pretty good and ready to go. I even left home for work early. I use to just lay in bed until those last
minutes I could get away with before I had to rush out the door. Hubby did not seem too happy I was as get up
and Go but that was for other reasons.
LOL
I got to work and got set up for what I thought would be
hopefully a slow day. I laid out my meal
, snacks and supplement for today in the office kitchenette. Then my coworker came in. As soon as she came through the door we were
hit by a line of clients. Good think I
set up for the day early. I had taken my
fiber and spark for the morning but I needed to go get my Meal replacement
shake.
Finally I got a quick break and went back and put together
my shake then quickly back to my desk to move forward. Awesome to be able to grab and go for
breakfast. I had banana at my desk in
case I got hungry but never did.
Lunch came and I was able to go back and get my salad I had
prepared early this morning and eat a nice quick healthy lunch. Of course I drank Spark and water. Still had my Banana. I noticed that my energy and attention to the
clients was so much better. I was able
to do my job and not get worn out and frustrated.
The office started to settle down about 3pm. So I decided to go to the back room to stretch
and work out on my gazelle that the business owner was so nice to let me bring
in to work out on at lunch and breaks. The Stretching helped me warm and relax and
the workout helped me loosen up and get in cardio. I usually Stretch Three times a day. Once in the AM, Once after Lunch and Once
before bed at night. Nothing elaborate just
some light stretching Tai chi or yoga poses.
I usually listen to my ipod with music I chose to use during
certain workouts. When I am on the
Gazelle I love to listen to my favorite band Disturbed. The beat is constant in almost all there
songs so I do not slow down and stay at a steady beat. For a slower stretching I will listen to good
ol frank Sinatra or something slow and relaxing.
I felt great. Was able
to keep going at work and I was calm and full of needed energy. For snack I had boiled egg after my workout
and I was good for the day. When I came
home I had some brown rice with grilled Chicken and Steamed Broccoli. I got full so fast it amazed me. Now I am in my favorite chair working on
tomorrows work and getting reading to stretch for the night.
Pain wise the weather today was bad. Storms and humidity with a slight chill. Usually a hard time for me. Talking about pain city. However, today It did not bother me as much.
I look forward to see what happens this weekend. Usually on the weekend I get
to the hibernation faze all weekend meaning I usually stay in bed and do
nothing until time to go back to work.
Mainly because I am too tired and sore.
