My Advocare Experience

Day One-

Today I started my 24 Day Challenge with Advocare and I have decided to Blog the ups and down of my experience.  Now that I am a distributor with Advocare and I believe in the products I use. I need to also share my story.

Keep in mind I was diagnosed with (Lupus) in 1987 and (Fibromyalgia) in 2007 and now I have High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol and Low Thyroid and soon to be turning 40 in November.

I am tired of being tired, sore, hurting, sick and frustrated.  So Lets take this journey together and see what happens.  I have gotten the ok from my doc and I am ready to go.

So I got up this morning almost dreading the Fiber drink I knew that was coming.  I had seen my daughter drink hers when she was doing her 24 day challenge and I was not sure about drinking fiber.
I drank my Watermelon Spark which is a new flavor that Advocare is introducing to be voted on.  I so hope it wins.  I had a Insurance Class this morning so I walked in with my Spark and shaker bottle.  During our first break I then mixed 8oz of orange juice with the citrus fiber drink.  I started to shake and then I drank it down fast.  It was good.  I was surprised.  I drank water then 30 minutes later I took my shaker bottle and had a Chocolate Meal Replacement.  Finally my instructor asked me how many shakes was I drinking.  BINGO.  I was able to talk to her about the products and what I was doing.

For Lunch I had Salad and a Slam with Water.  My co-worker was interested to see what I was doing so I got to talk to her about the products and show her what I was doing.
I noticed I had a lot of energy and was not as hungry so a salad hit the spot.  I also got on my exercise on for about 15 minutes and did some light yoga at work.

I sat down and made my grocery list for the rest of the 24 day challenge.  I am so use to going home so tired and just wanting to climb into be and sleep that when I looked up at work it was almost time to go and I was still full of energy and feeling good.  I even went to the grocery store and now I am at home working on my page and blog and gearing up for tomorrow.  I am looking forward to what tomorrow will bring instead of dreading getting out of bed.
